What's the catch?+
There isn't a hidden one. SpecMind is new and we'd rather build it alongside working inspectors than in a vacuum. In exchange for six months of Pro on us, we ask for your honest feedback and — only if the product earns it — a testimonial and an intro or two. No payment, no long contract.
What happens after six months?+
Your call. Continue on Pro at standard pricing, or drop to the free Starter plan — either way your past reports stay viewable and downloadable. "Never hold your data hostage" is a brand rule, founding member or not.
Do I have to give a testimonial?+
Only if you genuinely mean it. If SpecMind isn't working for you, we want that feedback far more than a quote — that's the whole reason we run this program. Nothing is scripted, and you're never on the hook for words you don't believe.
Are spots limited?+
There's no lottery and no countdown. We're taking founding inspectors now; it won't stay open forever — once the product matures past its founding phase we'll close it — but if you're a working inspector who'll actually use it, you're in.
iOS, web, or both?+
Both are included. The SpecMind iOS app is live on the U.S. App Store for offline field work, and the web app runs in any browser for finishing reports and running the business. Everything syncs between them.
Is my data mine?+
Always. You can export your reports, and everything you've published stays accessible even if you downgrade or leave. Founding inspectors get the same guarantee every SpecMind customer does.
